What's covered

Every LANE LINEN product is covered by a 12-month limited guarantee from delivery against manufacturing defects under normal household use — seams that come apart, elastic that fails, colour that runs on a correct wash, or missing and damaged items on arrival.

What's not covered

• Normal wear, fading and softening from everyday use and laundering
• Damage from bleach, high heat or washing against the care label
• Stains, snags or pet damage from use
• Items altered from their original condition

How to claim

Email support@lanelinen.net with your order number and a photo of the issue. Most claims are resolved with a free replacement; you won't normally need to ship the item back first.
